CMA Debt Centre Greenwich Money Mentor supports our clients. They undertake debt advice casework in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements. This is also aligned with recognised good practice.

As a CMA Debt Centre Greenwich Money Mentor volunteer, you will be:

  • Supporting in case work covering the full range of debt
  • Working closely with CMA to obtain financial options based on FCA guidance.
  • Ensuring income maximisation on through the appropriate take up of income, including those relating to benefits, tax and housing.
  • Maintaining detailed case records, ensuring that all work meets all auditing and quality standards for CMA and FCA requirements 
  • Networking with Local Authorities and Voluntary Organisations, maintaining and promoting strong working partnerships to the benefit of clients
