Leanne Rivett
“My experience as a debt coach is one which comes from a place of love. It empowers us to reach out to people in our community who have nowhere else to turn. It is a privilege to be able to care, serve, support and love people through one of the most challenging times of their lives, with a practical solution and a message of hope.”

The core team is led by our Debt Centre Manager, Leanne Rivett. Leanne has been trained by CMA to pastorally support clients through the process of becoming debt free. She has been specially trained to communicate the advice that is compiled by the CMA Debt Advisors.
Leanne is responsible for the debt centre. She supports clients on their journey out of debt and leads our welfare rights service; offering clients full end-to-end support, through to appeal. Leanne also runs our Life Skills programme. She manages the core team, liaises with the churches, referral agencies and engages within the local community.
Leanne has over 25 years experience in the corporate world with a career in Community Involvement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She has a higher certificate in Children, Families and Community Ministry. Leanne serves as the Community, Families and Youth Lead at Charlton and Blackheath Christian Fellowship.
